What is the difference between a closure and a frontal?
A closure has less lace than a frontal. Typically the lace will go from eyebrow to eyebrow and does not always require adhesive. A frontal has lace from ear to ear. Typically, a frontal has to be glued down with some form of adhesive every few days.
A closure is amazing for beginners. It is less maintenance and more affordable. A frontal requires a bit more upkeep, however they tend to be more versatile than closures.
Where is your pickup location?
Our pickup location is in Oshawa, Ontario. If you selected local pickup, you will receive an email with the pickup address once your order has finished processing.
Do you allow refunds or exchanges?
Unfortunately due to hygienic reasons, we do not allow refunds or exchanges. If there is an issue with a product you have received, please contact customer service at customercare@slayedbyshya.com for support.
How long will my wig take to make?
The processing time for a custom unit is 14-21 business days.
Can SBS hair be coloured?
Yes! Our hair is 100% Virgin hair. It can be bleached, dyed, curled and straightened.
Do you make the clothes you sell?
The clothes we currently sell are curated pieces sourced from different vendors. We do not make them ourselves. Due to the fact that we share vendors with some other small businesses, it is possible that you may see similar pieces sold by different businesses.
How does Sezzle work?
Sezzle allows you to pay in four equal instalments every two weeks with zero interest. The first 25% is due at the time of the transaction, but the remaining 75% is due over 3 easy payments scheduled across 6 weeks.
Repayments are automated from your bank account on file and you always have the option of paying off your purchase early by signing into your User Dashboard. If the balance is paid by the due date, no fees will be incurred.
If your scheduled payment fails to process, you will be charged a $10 failed payment fee. You are able to reschedule your payment dates if need be.
