What do I do once I book?

• Please drop off your wig 72 hours prior to your appointment in order for it to be prepped.

• Remainder of payment must be paid once service is complete in Cash or Debit/Credit.

Where am I going for my appointment?

• Oshawa Ontario ( exact address will be provided upon booking)

• You must come with your hair washed, detangled and blown out, otherwise service may be refused

• If you have a low hairline, a frontal is not recommended for you 

• There is a 15 minutes grace period. After 20 minutes later, your appointment will be cancelled. (deposit will not be refunded.)  

• NO EXTRA PEOPLE / CHILDREN ALLOWED

If you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 HRS PRIOR to your appointment! 

• No show = $15 fee

• Last minute cancellation, less than 24 hour notice = $15 fee

• Late more than 20 minutes = $15 fee and appointment canceled

All appointments are confirmed via email or text from our booking site. It is essential that you have your most recent phone number and email on your account so you can receive the message in a timely fashion, if the message isn’t responded to within 24 hours of your appointment, your appointment is canceled and your deposit will not be refunded.

When to drop off your wig

Wigs must be dropped off at LEAST 72 hours prior to your appointment!

If your lace wig is not dropped off in the appropriate time frame, your appointment will be canceled no exceptions.
